Small package pluggable (SFP) optical module provides a wide range of Ethernet, SDH/SONET, and Fibre Channel (FC) design choices, supports hot swap, and adopts industry standard interfaces. The core optical transceiver devices all use high reliability lasers and PIN or APD receiving devices, and adopt a single power supply of 3.3V power supply with low power consumption, which can control the energy consumption.
According to the SFP MSA specification, provides data loss (LOS), emission failure (Tx_Fault) and laser shutdown (Tx_Dis) monitoring/alarm interfaces. Sff-8472 "Optical transceiver Diagnostic Monitoring interface" diagnostic features real-time monitoring: transmitting optical power, receiving optical power, laser bias current, temperature, power supply voltage.
Compliant with SFP MSA, IEEE802.3 and EEC RoHS 2002/95/EC standards. We currently have SFP optical modules with rates of 155Mbps, 622Mbps, 1.0625Gbps, 1.25Gbps, 2.125Gbps, 2.488Gbps, 4.25Gbps, suitable for switches, routers, firewalls and other devices. Widely used in telecommunication, data center, security and military industry and other fields.
