The 100G CFP2 optical module complies with the CFP2 MSA, itu-t g.959.1 2012, and ieee 802.3ba standards, and has a total transmission rate of up to 112Gbps. Low power consumption, high speed, compatible with Ethernet and OTU4 applications. Multi-mode optical module adopts 10 11.18Gbps channel VCSEL laser array optical emitter and 10 PIN optical detector array receiver. The transmission distance of OM3 multi-mode optical fiber can reach 300M, and the transmission distance of OM4 multi-mode optical fiber can reach 400M.
The single-mode optical module adopts four LAN-WDM channels (EML laser array) optical signals, which are multiplexed to 112Gbps and output from the emitter through SMF. The receiver accepts 112Gbps optical signal input and splits it into four LAN-CWDM 28Gbps channels, which are received by PIN optical detectors and can transmit up to 40KM. It is widely used in Ethernet devices such as switches, routers and data centers.
